Rayvent — Event Agency Website

I designed a warm, friendly website for an event agency, combining venue selection, service presentation and AI-generated 3D visuals into one clear digital experience.

The context

Rayvent needed a website that could present event services in a warmer and clearer way. The agency works with venue selection, full event organization and business games, so the website had to be both emotional and practical: create a pleasant first impression, explain the offer and guide users toward leaving a request.

The challenge

01

Make event services feel tangible

02

Build a clear venue-selection path

03

Create a warm and memorable visual mood

The challenge was to avoid a generic event-agency website. I needed a visual system that felt light and festive, while still making the structure clear enough for users to understand the services and take action.

Visual direction

I built the visual direction around a warm pink-orange gradient, soft blur, rounded cards and bright red CTAs. The gradient became the emotional base of the website, while the layout and cards kept the experience structured.

AI-generated 3D visuals

A key part of the project was the 3D visual system. I directed a set of AI-generated visuals in one soft style: venue objects, balloons, gifts, microphones and business-game elements. These visuals helped make the services easier to scan and gave the site a more playful but still professional identity.

  • AI-generated 3D visuals
  • Consistent style
  • Soft palette
  • Used across services, values and hero
  • Avoid a generic stock look
  • Support comprehension

Venue selection experience

The venue-selection part turns the website from a simple landing page into a useful service interface. I designed a catalog-style flow with venue cards, categories and filtering logic, so users could explore possible spaces and understand that Rayvent can help with the selection.

  • Venue cards
  • Filters / categories
  • Venue images
  • “Cost on request” labels
  • Clear “Details” buttons
  • Practical selection logic

Service structure

I separated the offer into understandable service blocks: venue selection, full event organization, trainings and HR / business games. This helped the website speak to different user needs without making the page feel overloaded.

The outcome

The final website gave Rayvent a warmer and clearer digital presence. The service structure became easier to understand, the venue-selection flow became more tangible, and the AI-generated 3D visuals created a consistent mood across the site. The client was very happy with the result, and the website is still active.
